Purchases

All sales are final. Purchases may not be transferred without expressed written permission by Butter & Filth. Prices are subject to change. Class space subject to availability. For medical issues, contact the studio directly. Workshop purchases cannot be refunded, made up, and any missed workshop results in the forfeiture of that time.


All package purchases expire 90 days after purchase, if left unactivated. To activate your package, register for your first class. We do not offer refunds or extensions. Memberships are active upon purchase, and classes expire each month if left unused.

Starter, Enhanced & Ultimate Membership Policy

Please be mindful of the following policies as you grow your practice into something amazing:

  1. Your card on file will be charged monthly on the date of first purchase. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to use your monthly classes.

  2. Rejected charges will be assessed a $14 fee onto the card on file.

  3. Cancel any time, no questions asked. You must do this 30 days prior to your auto draft date. The form to cancel your membership is below. Scroll to find it!

  4. You must complete your first full month before submitting a 30 day cancellation notice.

  5. We will not refund charges for notices sent less than 30 days before your auto draft date.

  6. Need to change your card on file? No problem. Send us an email with your phone number and we will give you a call.

  7. Membership policy will be emailed after purchase, printed and signed, upon taking first class, and on schedulebliss before purchase is made.

  8. Cancellation and no show policy applies.

  9. Please abide by our Sign Up Policy.

  10. You receive a discount on studio rentals with your monthly membership.

  11. New apparel will be available to members before it goes online.


Single, 8, 16 Class Package Policy

Its ok. Commitment isn’t for everyone. Here’s our policy on no strings attached:

  1. Your purchase expires 1 year after your first class. Single class expires in 30 days. New Client offers expire in 30 days after your first class.

  2. Purchase as many class packs as you’d like.

  3. Please abide by our Sign Up policy.

  4. No Show/Cancellation Policy applies.


Sign Up Policy

Lets sort out business, so we can get to pleasure:

  1. In order to ensure a place in class, please sign up in advance on Schedulebliss.

  2. Arrive to class 5-10 minutes early.

  3. As a courtesy to all of our clients, please only attend classes that are level appropriate for you. If you’d like to come to a level inappropriate class, you may. However, you may not pre-register. We invite you to attend these as a walk-in.

  4. Class space subject to availability.

  5. If you need help assessing your level, please see our leveling resource or ask a staff member.


Late and No Show Policy

Don’t want to get charged for missing a class, workshop or private lesson? Here’s how to avoid all of this:

  1. Don’t be late! If you are more than 15 minutes late for a class, workshop, or private lesson, this is considered a no show.

  2. Cancel on time! Life happens, we get it. If you cancel less than 4 hours prior to the start of your class, you will be charged for your class, private, or workshop. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to a private lesson, you will be charged for your lesson. Late cancellation/no show results in the forfeiture of your class, workshop, or private.

  3. If you are in our Lucky 13 program, you will be charged a $14 fee to your card on file without notice.

  4. Policy applies to online private lessons as well.


Studio Policies

Sometimes we have stuff going on too! Here’s how to stay in the know.

  1. Class cancellations due to instructor travel shall have 5 days notice, minimum via Schedulebliss.

  2. Inclimate weather cancellations will be assessed as needed. Information will be distributed via Facebook and Instagram.

  3. If an instructor falls ill, we will announce a cancellation via Facebook and Instagram. Please follow us to stay up to date.


We love that you want to hang out with us. In order to get the most out of your experience, please remember the following…

  1. Please leave your street shoes in the lobby. Stripper shoes are the only approved footwear allowed inside the studio.

  2. Bring only the items needed for class into the studio. Store belongings in designated spaces.

  3. Please turn your cell phones to “Do Not Disturb” during class time. If you need to take a call, do so in our lobby.

  4. Phones may be used for taking pictures and video only during class, but you may not record anyone else. Consent matters!

  5. Refrain from wearing any kind of lotions or oils in class.

  6. Appropriate dress is required. See our website or ask a staff member if you are unsure of appropriate dress.

  7. Do not touch the mirrors.

  8. If you have any contagious ailments, please do not attend class. If you have pre-registered for a class, please cancel 4 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a late cancellation fee.

  9. Report any injuries to the instructor prior to the start of a class. Open wounds need to be properly bandaged to attend class.

  10. Please do not teach other students.

  11. Please conduct yourself in accordance to your safety.

  12. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late to class will not be admitted, and agree to forfeit their class.

  13. Please accurately assess your skill level. As a courtesy to all of our clients, please refrain from attending classes that are above or below your appropriate level. If you are an intermediate or advanced student that desires to take a beginner class, please do this as a walk in, so that we may reserve our online sign-up spaces for those who would benefit most from a beginner level class.

  14. Please act with respect toward all students and staff. Disrespectful behavior will result in a warning. Repeated occurrences will result in immediate dismissal from the premise.

Studio Rules


To make the most of your party experience, please keep the following in mind…

  1. Wanna have a party? Start here.

  2. $100 deposit is due at booking. This is applied toward your balance.

  3. Balance is paid when you arrive. We can only accept cash or 1 credit card for payment.

  4. More than 5 guests? Perfect! The fee is $40 per head, to be assessed at arrival.

  5. Deposits are non refundable.

  6. $40 fee for booking or canceling within 48 hours of your party date and time. This fee will be assessed automatically on the card you used to pay your deposit.

  7. Please refrain from wearing rings, lotions or oils the day of your party.

  8. Tardiness cuts into your booked time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your party will be considered a no show. If you are late, your party’s end time remains the same. We often book parties back to back, so timelines matters. That being said, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early, as the instructor may not be able to begin your check in.

  9. Remaining balance is still assessed for no shows.

  10. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your party.

  11. Changing your start time after your deposit is paid shall result in a $40 rebooking fee.

I understand that Butter & Filth's sole requirement for membership cancellation is 30 day notice. I understand that I must complete my first month before giving 30 day notice. Example: Say your auto debit occurs monthly on the 5th, you must give notice by April 5th or earlier, in order to not be charged on May 5th. If you submit a cancellation request on April 7th, your May 5th charge will draft, but not June 5th. April 7th would be a 28 day notice. See what we mean? Always better to go early than late!
