What should I wear?

We recommend you wear short bottoms (some folks wear swim suit bottoms!), and skip the lotion on pole day. This makes the poles slippery and that can be frustrating for newbies. Barefoot is best (don’t worry, we will get you some great heels when you’re ready). A normal tank top or sports bra will work just fine. Don’t over think this part. Wear what makes you comfortable (but probably not leggings. We need those legs for grip!).

Which class is best for me?

Hover over the above image above for a quick description of our classes. If you are interested in sexy, check out our signature Butter & Filth dance classes. If you’re a first timer and want to do tricks and work up a sweat, start with Level 0. If you have done pole before, our guide will help you assess where you’re at within our programming. Come to the class that suits your needs best. Can’t read that tiny text? Click the button below.

What should I expect on my first day?

We’ve created a unique program thats influenced by exotic dance, so we’re big into uniqueness and badassery. We use strength and sexy as a foundation and build from there. Each class is an hour long and has a 10-15 minute warm up, a specific lesson that targets the whole body and mind, and time at the end to practice what you’ve learned and take progress pics if you want. No shame in selfie game. After all, have you seen our studio? Its freakin gorgeous.

How much does it cost?

Great question! We have a killer New Client 3 Class Pass. It’s good for 30 days from the date of first use (but if you don’t sign up for anything, it disappears after 90 days). This is a perfect way to try several classes to see how you’d like to tailor your pole experience. It can be used for any of our regular programming.
